The program has set voices on, but theres a thing that you can
change the pitch on them to make them sound different. And people
make different characters off of them. :'D The program itself costs
like $200 >w>;; and there's like only one voice per program. D:
But it's really fun once you get the hang of it. ;D It's only in Japanese
though. ; u ; There's English Vocaloids, but they don't sound as good. D:
